The man who played the violin

1. Do we perceive beauty?
I think that we view beauty based on our relationship with the art involved, whether it's musical, visual, acted, etc. If your not interested in art of any kind, you might not see the beauty of it.

2. Do we stop to appreciate it?

4. If we do not have a moment to stop and listen to one of the best musicians in the world playing the best music ever written, how many other things are we missing?

I feel it's based on your current situation as someone might be late/in a rush to get somewhere and I also feel it's based on your surroundings as you may not enjoy a piece of art as much if it were on the curb of a street comparing to an official museum.

3. Do we recognize the talent in an unexpected context?
I feel like you would have to have a very open mind to enjoy something that was not asked for/not wanted. Most people would rather judge the situation rather than enjoying the talent.
I think we miss plenty of things in life due to something else happening at that moment, although it's unfortunate we simply cannot drop everything to enjoy something that seems common.

personal columns-

I enjoy reading skin blogs, blogs that talk about many ways of improving your skin, like hydrations and DIY face masks. I read Grasie Mercedes's blogs on her normal skin routine and what creams and face wash she uses. I keep going back to read more on other things since her advice works quite well for me.
